Registered NDIS Provider Perth
Lifeplan provides mental health and disability services throughout Perth, Western Australia, to people of all ages. We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered service provider and pride ourselves on working collaboratively with local co-ordinators, planners, guardians, carers and accommodation providers. We have been a leading not-for-profit disability services organisation in the Perth community for over 20 years, providing positive disability support and mental health services to people in need.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Australian people with a disability may be entitled to disability support services and potential funding from The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Lifeplan helps our clients and their families determine their eligibility to join the NDIS and can assist throughout the application process. Eligibility for Perth disability services through NDIS depends on several factors.
